Singapore Fireworks Festival 2006 - Esplanade Bay

Firing point is the reclaimed land for the Marina IR opposite the Merlion. VIP viewing area is from One Fullerton riverside area, so you can roughly guess which orientation the fireworks will take. Esplanade Bridge may not be suitable for photography by everyone, as it is quite close to the firing point and may require wider focal lengths.

Café Del Mar opened in December 2006 last year .Glorious sunsets, cocktails in hand, tantalizing foodz and ambient music -- it's the spirit of Café Del Mar, right smack on Siloso Beach . For the first time in Singapore, we’re having our own designer beach party.
The iconic bar that resides in San Antonio, Ibiza, has created music that shaped a generation.
Before them, "chillout music" was not a category. Now, the club has materialized on our shores, lock, stock and barrel. Do you know that Singapore is the only place out of Europe to have this club . Just like MOS , Singapore is also the first MOS out of UK . I remembered 10 years ago , i was so crazy about MOS.
Cafe Del Mar is perched on 25,000 sq ft of gorgeous sand in Sentosa’s sunset bay—an ideal location for those breathtaking sunsets— complete with a bungalow and 25m long dipping pool, It is also the sexiest spot on Sentosa island. Last nite , my friend and I went to a happening place , well so called "happening" place rooftop call the "Loof" .
It is opposite Raffles Hotel, Singapore , juz above the McDonalds.
I was so dissssssapppppointed . wtf ....dsertjkhcdbsdgfbjkawhjbfc.....
So many SPGs with equally fugly counterpartsz down there . Mind you , the SPGs were so ugly,
I completely lost my mood and went to Clarke Quay instead .
Over at Clarke Quay , it wuz definitely more happening.
Bankers and brokers chilling out to Erdinger and Tiger ......
Wat a pity
I wasn't dressed up to the nines !!
We strolled along , enjoying the many new pubs that had sprung up over the New Year of 2007 .
These include an asylum / pub called the Clinic at the Cannery .
One can party in the 8 diff rooms ,they are quirky with names like Anthrax and Morphine .
Actually , i was supposed to be the Marketing Manager for this pub .
Luckily i declined the offer to be that .
Hospital beds are used for the tables and chairs.
I wonder do they have free medication in the toilet !
Hed Kandi was quite happening.
The place gave me good vibrationszzz.....
It seems to be like every pub is fighting for the same crowd .
As i was waiting for my fren at the 7-11 , a caucasian guy came to chat me up .
Seeing his ugly face , i quickly made a dash to the female toilet upstairs...
Coming this Sunday , i will be heading over to Cafe Del Mar , Sentosa / siloso beach .
Singapore is the only country out of Europe to have a Cafe Del Mar . Wow
It ups the X factor ! It juz opened in Dec 2006 , so it is very very new indeed .
There is a 25m swimming pool and that is the main reason why i will be hanging loose there .
I also wanna check out any new hunks playing beach volleyball , and ...
I hope to bum into my ex boyfren .
He is always volleying balling every Sunday .

Highlights :
An annual dinner for Display Express Business Colleagues following a cocktail thereafter .
I had to source a venue that was elegant yet different whilst holding the wow factor.
I narrow it down to 5 star hotel at Sentosa .
It was beautiful .Nature at its best . Monkeys and peacocks roam freely , mingly with the guests .
Reception ,drinks and Seafood buffet dinner were held at The Terrace.

Logistics :
Guests made their way up the naturally well ventiliated arena where they were greeted with the obnoxious monkeys runningst here and up there the misty ceilings. Guests also had a close encounter with a peacock .There were the infamous paintings in the Wallace Collection at the hotel lobby . Delicious canapes were eaten and the sounds of a String Quartet played to the guests in the main hall before dinner was called. Dinner took place in the Terrace Restaurant , underneath the voluptuous high ceiling with many chanderliers amongst the palm trees and fountain which were lite with fairy lights. As the night grew darker , guests mingled with the friendly waitresses and played table games with exciting prizes.

Beat Zero
To my Beat Zero : Sleep tight tonight. I will be dreaming of you. In my dreams, that will be the only place i will be holding you, hugging you, kissing you for the next few days. Even if it is only in my dreams, it's enough. Because i know, no matter how far away you are from me, you are still here with me. Love you so much. =p
Tiko uncle
this Tiko uncle, chose to seat beside me. When he sat down, i almost puked.
No. 1: He stinks of sweat with a strong fishy smell.
No. 2: His hair was oily, so oily tat it looks like the oil is dripping off his hair.
No. 3: He was wearing a white (or i should say grey!) shirt that is partially wet and he unbutton the top so much. bleah!
No. 4: He sits with his legs open so widely, his legs were like purposely closing up to my legs.
No. 5: The way he stares at me send shivers down my spine.That's it, the first day, i tot never mind, just forget it and get over it. Praying so hard that the bus will fly to the stop that i'm alighting from.
Day 2...I can't believe i see him again! This time, the bus has plenty of seats to choose from and i was seating on the outside of the bench, he purposely wants me to move and let him seat inside. I can't take it anymore, and i did the puking sound as i was really gonna puke cos of the strong stench. Guess what he did? He purposely sneezed so loud in front of him i quickly used my jacket to cover my face.URGH!!! How disgusting can that get. And he kept staring at my legs can! The thought of it makes me lose my appeitite for the day. Well, not too long later, the bus was packed. I gave up my seat to a malay aunty and stand at the door. The stupid tiko just kept staring but i almost felt like slapping him, i didn't slap because i didn't want to dirty my hands on his oily and stinky face. The next time i see him on the bus, i swear i will leave the seat immediately when he wants to seat beside me.BLEAH! SUPER SWAY MORNING!!!

I was too engrossed in the STOMP talkback forum. It's a pretty cool forum, all of you peeps should actually check it out. The forum is one of the things that is keeping me alive. =pWell, today the OPERA SINGER strikes again. This time, without her opening her mouth, she managed to make me feel like strangling her instantly.Well, basically, one of my colleagues came over to me and told me to pack my table as it was kinda messy, said that "officer" ask her to convey the msg to me. Well.. There is only one freaking officer who is against me can?I got the urge to type out his name here, but i guess, it's ok. =)

Haha!I do look forward to Singapore being recognised for one of the countries that offers the best customer service, and it is definitely true that, good service comes straight from the heart. Choosing your occupation plays a very role in this area. Always do something that you enjoy doing, and that is when you can put in 101% of your effort and hard work to achieve the best results and to maximise your potential.*People who are not happy at work can never be productive.*

Basically, all the Hollywood celebrities gossips websites. Haha.. i had fun reading them. A very good source of entertainment for me during lunch time and when i am bored or have nothing to do at work.Well.. sometimes i do dwell on the thought, if my life is being recorded and monitored by paparazzi everyday, i guess i will just go crazy cause there is absolutely no freedom to do anything. I guess that is why Lindsay Lohan had that song, "Rumor". The lyrics seems to be directed straight at all the paparazzi and people like me who enjoy reading all the gossips. lolx.Well, one of the meanest joke on the websites are like... "Fergie is like a male with extreme level of estrogen in here..." or something like tat.. Pretty much meant the same. I am like.. ooooookkk.. i used to think that Fergie is damm hot. After reading all the gossips website and see those "fugly" pictures of hers, I feel quite "sianzzz...". Nevertheless, i still feel that she has the hottest bod although she has breast implants. I mean come on.. Any girl who is so cautious about their body, will definitely think of having boobs implants. Plastic surgery is like so damm common nowadays.Do i say no to Plastic Surgery? who don't want to have perfect features? I won't say no to it, but i will say no to too drastic changes (except for boobs inplants.. i like big round boobs. haha.) But den again, some boobs implants are really too digusting and fake.=p It's just a desire. I care alot about how i look. I do care alot if i put on 1kg of fats (not muscles). I am worried that acnes will fill my face again. I will absolutely loathe to have the "fat pig trotters" i had last time. I want to cut away all the fats on my triceps. I want very define and protuding deltoids. I have big boobs now I want perfect complexion. I want my abs to be as defined as Fergie. I want this i want that...Conclusion? Human want everything.. they desire so much, they are fickle minded. I am fickled minded too. I want alot of things. I've changed. I changed because of one important person in my life. I changed cos i love him so much i cannot bear to lose him. I want to shout out so loud to him now that, I really love him and I am willing to do anything for him. =)I am not fickled minded when it comes to loving you.Kinda tired not due to my super late night and sleepless night last night. I want very define and protuding deltoids. I have big boobs now I want perfect complexion. I want my abs to be as defined as Fergie. I want this i want that...Conclusion? Human want everything.. they desire so much, they are fickle minded. I am fickled minded too. I want alot of things. I've changed. I changed because of one important person in my life. I changed cos i love him so much i cannot bear to lose him. I want to shout out so loud to him now that, I really love him and I am willing to do anything for him. =)I am not fickled minded when it comes to loving you.Kinda tired not due to my super late night and sleepless night last night. Haha! Dang.. gonna start talking nonsense soon...1hr of intensive cardio today at the gym. Time to lose some mass...
Spring Cleaning time
I decided to just stay home and do what i can to keep myself occupied. Keeping that thought in mind, my mother has been begging, pleading, nagging and scolding me to clear up my room that is full of rubbish. I kept procasinating but today is an exception. With the help of my doggie, Spencer Chad Roxburgh , we cleared up our room and made it sparkling clean! The air felt so much fresher and i guess i will be able to sleep better tonight.So here are a few pics that I took while i was cleaning up my room. lolx. I was disgusted by the amount of rubbish on my desk and inside the drawers. I guess you peeps can see how messy everything was. No wonder my mom kept scolding me......
Lessons learnt from your relationship
1) It is essential to give each other some space and not stick to each other so closely that it is almost impossible to breath.
2) Learnt that some guys needs alot of space.
3) learnt that most guys need their girlfriend to be independent.
4) Learnt that some guys are just not boyfriend materials and should be dumped way ahead.
5) Learnt that some guys just wanna get into your pants and get out.
6) Learnt that a person in love should stand up for his/her rights and not get trampled all over.
7) Learnt that it is important for a person to know when to let go.
8) I learnt so much i think it's impossible to type everything out. haha!~
